The second bedroom has two queen beds and a bathroom. The living area has leather furniture, stereo, tv with vcr, antique poker table for game playing...even a basket of toys for the kids. Amenities include washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, charcoal grill, four person hot tub, wraparound porch with swing and rockers, fireplace, leather and oak furniture. This cabin is centrally located to everything in Townsend yet is easy to get to all year. It is private and is perfect for couples or families. Cleanliness is a priority with us.

Local Area Details

Townsend is "the peaceful side of the Smokies." There's so much to do including hiking the park trails, tubing, biking the Townsend bike trail, fishing, horseback riding, shopping. Of course, once you get to the "Woodlands" you probably won't want to leave!
If you desire a faster pace, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are only 30 minutes away. There you will find shopping outlets, shows, Dollywood, Ripley's Aquarium, restaurants and much more.
Cades Cove (a historic pioneer settlement) is only 7 miles from Townsend. It can be seen by car, bike or on foot. You'll see lots of wildlife there including deer and black bears.
