Perugia provides an amusing stay for young groups and families.

It's also possible come to an agreement for less than a week period. 2 sleeps Group-rate: 300,00 euro per week. 3 to 4 sleeps Group-rate: 800,00 euro per week. 5 to 6 sleeps Group-rate: 1020,00 euro per week. 7 to 9 sleeps Group-rate: 1200,00 euro per week.
There is the possibility of renting only the whole house in some period and also only a twin/double room in other period.
***Conditions: On making a reservation, guests will be liable for payment of 25% of the total fee as deposit, a sum that will be forfeited on cancellation of the reservation. The remainder of the fee due must be paid not later than 15 calendar days prior to the date of arrival. Should a reservation be cancelled later than 15 calendar days prior to the date of arrival, guests will be liable for the entire fee and no refund will be made. Furthermore, a deposit of Euros 100/150 per person will be required on arrival to cover any eventual damage to the apartment during the stay, though this Euros 100/150 per person deposit will, of course, be completely refunded at the end of the stay if no damage has incurred. Forms of payment: - only bank transfer prepayment euros accepted. |
