Luxury 2 bed apartment furnished to a high standard which is modern and airy in a charming peaceful corner of Fuerteventura within a coastal village setting. A few minutes walk will take you to beautiful sandy beaches to suit all tastes with wonderful warm lagoons which slope gradually into the sea. An excellent variety of restaurants can be found a short walk from the apartment towards the old and new harbours of El Cotillo.
The apartment is brand new with a very large roof-top sunbathing solarium with full sunbathing furniture, parasol, table and chairs and shower for cooling of etc.
The apartment itself is fully equipped with TV, C.D stereo,D.V.D,a fully equipped kitchen i.e cooker/hob, full size fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, iron/ironing board etc. and all utensils.
There are 2 bedrooms. Bedroom one has a queen size bed with 2 bedside cabinets with lamps and large fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds with occasional bedside table/lamp and large fitted wardrobes.
The bathroom comes fully equipped with full size bath/shower, toilet, bidet, large sink with mirror over with make-up/shaving light.
The lounge has 2 large sofas with occasional tables and lamps.For your comfort there is an occilatting fan,which can be moved around. There are french doors opening out onto a balcony ideal for eating 'al fresco'.
The dining area has a lovely compliment of table and chairs which can seat up to 6 comfortably.
On entering the apartment there is a spacious hall from which all the rooms are accessed.
Although El Cotillo has virtually no crime, we have fitted a safe for your peace of mind which of course is free for you to use.

Local Area DetailsEl Cotillo is a charming coastal village with the most beautilful beaches on the island being only a few minutes walk away from the apartment. Local shops for most of your needs are nearby. A short walk will take you to some lovely restaurants and local bars near the "old and new harbours" The main area for shopping, bars, clubs etc., is Corralejo which is approximately 20 mins drive. Island attractions include Betancuria which is the former capital, La Rosita in the village of Villaverde has a small museum with Canarian garden and tobacco plantation. La Oliva (10 mins by car) with its art gallery set in beautiful gardens. The island has some of the most spectacular beaches some of which are naturist.
