Our guest flat is approximately 100 sqm, suitable for 5 to max. 6 persons. It consists of anteroom, toilet, kitchen with refrigerator, ceran-oven and dish-washer, bathroom with shower, one large bedroom with double-bed, cable-TV, and a smaller one with a sofa-bed for two persons. In the living-room is a dining place, cable-TV and a sofa-bed for one more person. Free of charge we provide baby-cot, a children chair and changing station.

Local Area Details

You are staying in a conveniently located residential apartment house. With the tram number 43 you can reach the centre directly within 20 minutes or in the other direction you can see our vine-yards and the beginning of the Vienna Woods. Here you will find the typical Vienna inns, called HEURIGE, where you can taste our vines. In the front of my house is the tram station and a shopping-centre. You can reach within a one minute walk the District Museum, an indoor swimming-pool and a very old and famous theatre, called METROPOL. At the cafeteria, located in my house, you may have breakfast and in the neighbourhood you find many nice restaurants with moderate prices.
We can help to organize you a transit to our apartment-house, as we have a co-operation with a taxi organization offering cars and vans. For renting a car we recommend DENZEL DRIVE working with ALAMO.
