This house is located in the historical and traditional neighbourhood of Albayzín, just in front of the Arabian palace of Alhambra. The neighbourhood Albayzín is very quiet, well-known for its typical Arabian architecture. The house is situated close to the viewpoint called "Mirador de San Nicolás", famous for the unbelieveble views to Alhambra, Sierra Nevada and the city. The house has got a nice community garden . Bus stop 30 m; bars and restaurants, 10 m., city center: 15 minutes walking; Granada Golf Club (in Las Gabias) at 8 km.; ski resorts (Sierra Nevada) at 38 km.; beaches of Motril and Salobreńa at 70 km. There is a place for car parking in the street in front of the house. In the surroundings of Granada you may enjoy various leisure activities in the nature such as Hiking, Rock climbing, Bungee-jumping, Mountain biking, Paintball, Paragliding, Skiing, Ravin descent, Horse riding tours, Windsurfing, Scuba diving, Speleology, Archery and much more guided by specialized instructors.
