The spacious accommodation is furnished to a very high standard and is gas central heated
comprising of: -

The Sitting Room has an open fireplace (Initial basket of logs supplied), TV, video, DVD and exposed beams.
The Kitchen/Diner/Family Room is a large south facing room. A great area for the family to relax and chat. The kitchen is fully equipped including cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
The Main Bedroom has an en-suite shower room, double and single beds. There is also a double bedroom and further bedroom with full sized bunk beds.
The Family Bathroom has bath with shower, basin and toilet.
Outside there is ample parking, a garden with open views (as you can see) and sunny courtyard with patio furniture and barbecue area.
Central Heating, Electricity, Bed Linen, Towels, Tea Towels, Dish and Oven Cloth are included.
As well as a Cream Tea on your arrival.

Local Area Details

Located in North Cornwall between the villages of St Tudy and Blisland, in beautiful peaceful countryside with outstanding views over the Camel Valley and towards Bodmin Moor. The cottages are within easy reach of the Eden Project, South and North coasts with superb beaches, as well as being ideally situated to explore Cornwall's many attractions and coastline.
Sporting facilities of all kinds can be found nearby including windsurfing, sailing, golf, fishing, horse riding, tennis, swimming pools (one indoor closeby) and of course an almost unlimited number of highly attractive walks to suit all tastes. You are even able to walk or cycle straight from your door, down our wooded drive and just over the bridge and along the Camel Trail. If you are eating out there is a good selection of Inns and Restaurants nearby.
We are only half an hour drive from the Eden Project.
From Colesent the coasts may be reached in approximately 20 minutes north or 30 minutes south.
We live between the coast and Bodmin Moor and the A30 and A39 are close by for ease of access to the west. Numerous attractions to suit all tastes, we stay open all year.
Colesent Cottages are in an enviable position, of being in a beautifully quiet wooded location and having wonderful views of the surrounding countryside.
Farmers are busy with stock, and wildlife can be easily seen all around us, we are sure you will enjoy the sights and delights of North Cornwall.
Spring comes early to Cornwall with the primroses everywhere and the Garden Festival from the end of March to the end of May is an annual event; The Royal Cornwall Show in June is forever popular.
Of course, Summer is always a great time of year in Cornwall with so many things to do, as well as all the beaches.
But don?t forget Autumn comes late and is very mild. This is when the roads are quieter and you can enjoy the tranquillity of long walks under golden leafed trees and pub lunches.
In Winter there is still plenty to see and do. Such as visit the many churches and National Trust properties, take invigorating walks along the coastal paths or you can climb up Rough Tor looking forward to the cosy log fire back in your cottage afterwards. Come to Colesent for Christmas/New Year where you will be greeted with traditional decorations, cream tea, a cosy log fire and some punch.
