This house is located in the historical and traditional neighbourhood of Albayzín, just in front of the Arabian palace of Alhambra. The neighbourhood Albayzín is very quiet, well-known for its typical Arabian architecture. The house is situated close to the viewpoint called "Mirador de San Nicolás", famous for the unbelieveble views to Alhambra, Sierra Nevada and the city. The house has got a nice community garden .
