New en suite bathroom. 2 further bedrooms downstairs and additional family bathroom with P shaped bath and shower. Overlooks lovely gardens, own barbecue and patio area. Quiet country location only 5 minutes, or 2 miles, from Porth beach. The fabulous surfing beach of Watergate Bay is less than 10 minutes away. Dine at Jamie Olivers Fifteen Cornwall Restaurant!! Local Area DetailsAll of Newquays many attractions, including pubs, clubs and restaurants are 10 mins. away. National Trust houses and gardens, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan (Fabulous!) are all within an easy drive.
