This windmill has been refurbished as a holiday accommodation while keeping its rustic character. It is located in rural environment, on the southern slopes of Serra de Montejunto (18 Km from the top), in the small village of Penedos de Alenquer. Shopping facilities in the local village (1 Km). Larger supermarket and restaurants in 6 Km. The town of Alenquer is 18 Km and Torres Vedras 22 Km distant. Lisbon is 60 Km away. The basic decoration meets all requirements for a holiday stay in direct contact with surrounding nature. It consists of a dining room with kitchen in the ground floor, one double bedroom and shower room in the first floor and a living room with TV and a sofabed for a third person in the second floor. The surrounding yard has a BBQ and furniture for outside seating and eating. In the village one finds a riding centre. Sleeps 3 persons. Self catering.
