Enjoy the convenience of staying in Orgiva, whilst enjoying the stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valley from our sun terrace and gardens which overlook the countryside. You will be able to soak up the sun all day long next to the pool, or retreat to the cool sanctuary of our traditional Moorish inner courtyard. Access to the centre of Orgiva is by a gently sloping street, with our location being suitable for guests who may have restricted mobility.

Our Posada is located in a side street, easily found upon your arrival in Orgiva. We live on site, and are available to offer help and advice during your stay. We provide a welcome pack upon your arrival, which we trust will prove useful, especially to guests arriving out of shopping hours.

In the garden there is a large patio with barbecue and dining area. To help you keep cool we have an illuminated 10 metre swimming pool with ample sun loungers, tables, and chairs, complemented by our unbroken views of the surrounding countryside. The gardens offer many varieties of fruit, which are available to our guests.

Your accommodation is totally self contained, and provides a fully equipped kitchen with oven and microwave should you wish to dine in. The lounge diner provides guests with a comfortable area in which to relax, and may be used at night as an additional bedroom.

Each apartment has a large double bedroom with ample storage, and a double sofa bed in the lounge. The bathroom is fully tiled, with easy access into a shower cubicle. Whilst all linen and towels are supplied, we ask guests to provide their own towels for the pool area.

A laundry room is available, with a small additional charge for the use of the washing machine.

Please bring your favourite CDs as each apartment has a player.

Local Area Details

Orgiva is a bustling market town with several supermarkets, banks (with ATM's), bars and restaurants, and Spanish cinema. The surrounding region offers, for those who do not want to just relax and unwind, the added attraction of wonderful walks, bird watching, an endless array of wild flowers to paint in spring, hang gliding, trekking, and much more. Every Thursday there is a lively street market. For those wishing to attend religious services, Orgiva has a baroque Catholic Church, and Muslim Centre.

Within easy reach of Orgiva are the many white washed Berber villages of the Alpujarras, the coast, and Granada. This historic city lies to our north, offering the visitor the splendour of the Alhambra palaces, the old Arab quarters, the cathedral, and many more interesting historical sites. Granada will also entertain those visitors who enjoy shopping, or just letting the world go by sitting at one of the many street cafés. The region also offers the most southerly winter skiing in Europe, so ski in the morning, and swim in the warm Mediterranean in the afternoon, and perhaps finish a perfect day by dining beside the sea in one of the many beach restaurants.
