Les Coteaux is a charming 17C cottage which has been beautifully renovated. It has a double bedroom and a shower with washbasin and WC. There is a well equipped kitchen with a full sized cooke, microwave etc and a comfortable sitting area with TV,CD player and radio. Outside is a terrace and garden with marvellous views. There is a barbecue and garden furniture. The guests have unrestricted access to the owners' large garden and lovely pool. The cottage is only a few minutes walk from the village which has shops, a cafe and two restaurants. There is a lake for bathing just outside the village.The village is a short drive from Mont Ventoux and just half an hour from Avignon. The area is well know for its wine and there is an abundance of excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
Local Area DetailsThere are two golf courses nearby. Horse riding is available, also bike hire,
swimming, walking and rock climbing. There is a clean lake for swimming just outside the village. The area is of great historical interest (Avignon,Vaison la Romaine, Pont du Ga rd, Orange, Nimes etc) and is very beautiful. The lavender fields of Sault are just a short drive away.
The local restaurants are excellent and the provencal markets are well worth visiting.
