We offer a beautiful 3 bedroom Linked Townhouse situated in Vale do Garrão, a small well planned residential development of Vale do Garrao surrounded by lush woodlands and which lies directly between the twin millionaire Algarve resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo.

Travelling distance from Faro airport is 30 minutes.

The accommodation comprises:

Entrance hall and ground floor bathroom, fully equipped breakfasting kitchen with separate laundry area. Steps down to dining area and comfortable lounge with cable television, open wood-burning stove and fireplace, patio doors to terrace with built-in BBQ and patio area.

Stairs lead to first floor double bedroom with storage wardrobes, cupboards, dresser plus 4 piece ensuite bathroom. A few steps up lead to the 2nd twin bedroom with storage facilities and ensuite shower room. On a higher level there is a 3rd bedroom (twin) also with storage and ensuite shower room.

All bedrooms have sliding patio doors to private terraces equipped with garden furniture and loungers.

Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, all cooking and crockery and equipment supplied plus many extras. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

All bedding and towels are supplied for guests and a maid service is provided 3 times per week.

Fans are provided in all rooms for use during hot weather periods whilst mobile radiators provide additional warmth during the cooler winter season

Amenities
The property is within easy walking distance to both the local amenity shop and the highly rated Xenia restaurant and pool complex

Swimming & Tennis
Vale do Garrão's communal swimming pool (which is located in the park just opposite our property) is free to all guests but has been closed this season pending completion of renovation and development work. As an alternative, our guests have used the beautiful Dounas Douradas communal pool located a few hundred yards up the road at the Xenia restaurant complex. Additionally, all guests have free use of the Villas & Vacations private Swimming pool located on the road back to Almancil.

For Tennis enthusiasts, there are a number of options but we recommend the tennis centre at the offices of Villas & Vacations that offer discounts for all our guests. Additionally, the park opposite the property has two tennis courts which should re-open next summer.

The Park opposite also has a small toddlers swing park plus grassland areas for relaxation or picnicking.

Beaches
A 10 minute walk through the lovely Ria Formosa nature reserve and dunes leads to the unspoilt sandy beach stretching for miles along the full Atlantic coastline.

The Vale do Garrão beach has some of the more popular beach restaurants and cafes in the area including the renowned Julias restaurant.

Golf
If your love is golf, you probably already know that this area contains some of Europe's finest golf courses including the Championship courses of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, both of which are minutes drive from the property.

Other Activities
With easy access to other activities such as horse riding, walking, go-karting, water parks, zoos and shops, there really is something for everyone.
