"Villa Rosa" is situated on a west facing hillside, boasting spectacular views over the valley town of Orba to the hills of the Vall de Laguart opposite. It is set within its own terraced grounds, has heat & cool air-conditioning units in all rooms and has extensive patio areas for all-day sunbathing.
Accommodation on one level for up to six adults comprises three bedrooms - one king/twin, one twin and one double, bathroom, separate cloakroom, lounge/diner, well equipped kitchen, covered patio and sunbathing terrace. Large integral garage and parking on drive for two cars. *a cot is also available on request.
The villa and grounds are well established, and form part of the Orbeta estate built in the mid-1970s. Being on a hillside, the tarmac roads to and from the villa are quite steep, but are easily accessible by car or on foot. There is a large garage plus additional car parking available within the grounds of the villa.
The 1/4 Olympic size Village Swimmimg pool is situated next to the popular Piscina Bar/Restaurant in the nearby sports centre.
Within walking distance of the villa are several great value bar/restaurants where you can try out your Spanish phrase book, although you can get by with English in most cases.

Local Area DetailsThere are many local attractions, including the beaches of Javea and Denia, plus of course the bright lights of Benidorm are only 60Km away. For those of you who like to shop in the informal surroundings of local markets there are many to choose from, and for the golfers there are several nearby courses where a round can be played.
Major Benidorm attractions include the Aqualandia Water Park, Mundomar Marine Animal park, and the recently opened Terra Mitica Theme Park - which has its own exit from the A-7 motorway (Exit 65A - 45 minutes from the villa via the southbound A-7).
