We are situated 200 mts from the Vatican city and we have in all 25 apartments of three different sizes ( small 73sqm, medium 90sqm, large 105sqm). You will find comfortable apartments with hotel'services, all the staff is friendly and professional and will try to do their best to help you having an unforgetable holiday.
- The type A/B Bellini/Corelli (73sqm)has one double bedroom, living room with three single sofabeds, kitchen with all dinner ware, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave; sat tv, videorecorder, hi fi rack with cd player; one bathroom; air conditioning in the main bedroom.Sleeps up to 5 people.
- The type C/D Puccini/Rossini (90sqm) has one double bedroom, another room with one or two sofabeds, living room with two sofa beds, kitchen with all dinner ware, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave; sat tv, videorecorder, hi fi rack with cd player; one bathroom; air conditioning in the main bedroom. Sleeps up to 6 people
- The type E/F Toscanini/Vivaldi (105sqm)has one double bedroom, one twinsize bedroom, living room with three single sofabeds, kitchen with all dinner ware, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave; sat tv, videorecorder, hi fi rack with cd player; one bathroom; air conditioning in the main bedroom. Sleeps up to 7 people.
- There is one Vivaldi Deluxe apartment that has the same of the standard E/F apartment described above but has two bathrooms: one with jacuzzy shower and the other one with jacuzzy bath.
Local Area DetailsIn no more than 7 minutes walking you will be in San Peter's Square and Basilica, also it is a nice walk till Piazza Navona, If not there are sevela buses that will take you till the heart of the historical center (Venice Square) in no more than 20 minutes.
Then you have shopping area nearby, bars, restaurants, Pizzerias, supermarket, etc.

About TransportWe are closed to public transportation: buses, subway and train. Very easy to move around.
About Airport InformationFrom the Airport to the residence we work with a private transfer agency, the prices of this service vary depending the amount of people. If not there is a train from Fiumicino airport that arrives to s near train station.
About Local AttrcationsWe are closed to San Peter's Basilica and Square, Castel Sant' Angelo, Piazza Navona.
About Local RestaurantsThere are many restaurants near the Residence ( Goose, La Pilotta, Osteria dei Pontefici, etc)
About WalkingFrom the residence you can walk till San Peter's Square, Castel Sant' Angelo, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, also if you like walking very much you will arrive till Piazza Venezia that we can say is the hear of the historical center, and from there you will be closed to the Roma Forum, Colosseum, Trevi's fountain, Spanish Steps.
About HistoryIf you need some history information our staff will be ready to help you a little bit regarding the main important places.
About ShoppingThere is a road closed to the residence (15 minutes walking) that has one shop beside the other one. The most important area with the best italian designers shop is in Via del Corso that starts from Venice Square, and we ar enot so far from there, to arrive you can take buses that in a 15-20 minutes ride will arrive there.
About FerriesIf you need information regarding ferries to go to Sardegna, or from Naples to the little towns around the Amalfi coast we will be ready to help you
