Bahama Villa rents year round and has lots to offer newlyweds or a small family. The weather is always warm and the views awesome.
Bahama Villa has 2 bedrooms. The master BR has a king-sized bed and the guest room has 2 twins that can be put together to make a queen. Both bedrooms have lots of closet space. The master bedroom opens via a glass door to the back porch and beautiful views. Crickets, frogs, and birds surround the house and can sing to you day and night, and on a moonless night, you can almost reach up and touch the Milky Way!
The villa also features a fully-equipped kitchen, Satellite TV/VCR/DVD with a large video library, linens and towels, comfortable beds, outdoor grill, phone, hammock and porch furniture, outdoor shower, locker with floats and snorkeling gear, private cove and tiki hut within a short wading distance of the beach, and much more.
Local Area DetailsBahama Villa is 16 miles from GHB airport. Groceries and restaurants are about 3 miles away in Palmetto Point. Governors Harbour, the seat of New World Republican government, is 8 miles away. To the north is Gregory Town, the pineapple capital of the Bahamas, Surfer's Beach, the Glass Window, Harbour Island, Spanish Wells, and Preacher's Cave historic site where the first settlers arrived.
Other than Ten Bay, there are dozens of beaches, cliffs, caves, and other natural wonders nearby. Some fine restaurants can be found in Governors Harbour and Harbour Island, Gregory Town, and elsewhere.
