Two-floor country house with terrace and swiming-pool. Electric heating, colour TV with international channels, and video (can be used if your stay is longer than one week). Ground floor: Living-dining room with a fireplace and an electric brazier. Sofa-bed for two persons. Bathroom (shower/washbasin/WC). First-aid kit. Kitchen area: Oven, refrigerator, electric and gas cooker, dishwasher, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, electric squeezer, pressure cooker. Kitchen equipment, breakfast cups and glassware are included. Sugar, salt and olive oil. First floor: Double bedroom. Bathroom (bath / washbasin /WC) and bath-gel, hair-dryer, clothes-brush.Bedroom with double bed. Twin bedroom (Two beds x 90 cm.). Auxiliary bedroom Auxiliary bedroom placed in the stairsīlanding with a sofa-bed for two persons. Terrace with Views to the Monda village. Swimming-pool with sun-shades and deckchairs... House posseses a drapery room with washing machine and detergent, tumble dryer, iron. Bath and pool towels, sheets and blankets. MAXIMUM CAPACITY: 10 PEOPLE.

Local Area Details

Rural house situated in the area of la Sierra de las Nieves between the villages of Monda and Guaro, at 15 minutes of the beaches of Marbella. Itīs a building constructed from ecologic material (baked clay, reed) and itīs situated in an ecologic garden of oranges,olives and peeper plants. The village of Monda is situated at the southern edge of the Valley of Guadalhorce and at the foot of the mountain range Cordon Montanoso Litoral. It is a beautiful village of the region of Guadalhorce which has been declared as a picturesque countryside. The paved streets located in the hill conserve their picturesqueness in spite of the modern buildings. Very typical are the elevated doorways that serve as a protection from the torrents. Craftsmanship of wrought iron and factories of oil and flour are present.
