A cave-house that has been recently refurbished. It was built by a man called "Tío Ciñao" and his wife "La Castora", by digging a vertical plane in the hill, more than 100 years ago. The wooden door has a small window like in the tradtional moorish houses . Indoor temperature is the same all over the year (18 centigrades) that’s why the air conditioning in not necesary. The cave has 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom with a double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds (105 cm wide) and the third bedroom with two single beds (90 cm wide). Living-dining room with a fireplace. Kitchen (fridge, washing-machine). Bathroom(shower / washbasin / WC). The cave has a terrace from which you can have a nice view on the village. MAXIMUM CAPACITY: 6 PEOPLE.
Local Area DetailsOrce is a little and quiet village, famous because of the archeological site. Interesting places to visit in Orce: Prehistoric Museum, sited in an Arabian Castle from the XI Century; Segura's Palace, XVI-XVII centuries; archeological site, a 1,500,000 years old, where the remains of human beings were found. In summer, you can take a bath in the natural spring of Fuencaliente, with medical properties, or walk through the poplar grove or enjoy a roast lamb in the barbeque of a restaurant.
