Country house 1 km. from Pitres, close to Capilerilla and by the path GR-7, where access by car is possible with some difficulties. There are fruit trees and a water tank where is possible to swim when the weather is good. The house is comprised of two sitting-rooms on the same level, a garage in the lower part, a terrace as an entrance with panoramic views and a terrace off the second sitting-room. First sitting-room: kitchen with two burner stove, bathroom complete with bath, utilities, wood stove, storage room with a fridge, sofa and bed. Second Sitting-room: with double bed, studio area, sofa, chimney and an exit to the terrace. Outside room with a washing-machine. Water tank where it is possible to swim. MAXIMUM CAPACITY: 3 PEOPLE.
