The duplex apartments are set in an exclusive two-storey complex around an attractive marina whose summer population is mainly Spanish. They overlook the yachts, the Mar Menor and the distant mountains. On one side of the marina is a small row of excellent local restaurants, an ice cream parlour, fishing shop and a bar. In the evening there is nothing more relaxing and peaceful than sitting out on the balcony looking over the sea of masts at the dusky mountains, as boats gently creak at their moorings. Many people come here, fall in love and end up staying and buying!

The apartments are on two floors with two huge balconies overlooking the marina with stunning views over both the Mediterranean and Mar Menor. There has been a recent, complete refurbishment, with modern air conditioning installed. On the top floor are two double bedrooms and a well - appointed marble bathroom.

The lower floor has a further double bedroom and a second bathroom, a fully fitted kitchen, entrance hall and the principal living/dining room. The large open-plan living/dining room opens out through double doors to a balcony extending the whole width of the apartment with views over the marina and the mountains beyond. The style is Andaluthian with marbled or tiled floors throughout. All the windows and external doors have louvred shutters to keep out the midday sun when required and all have TV.
Just step out of the front door and you will find the swimming pool which is privately shared by only the apartment owners and is within a few minutes of the nearest beach. Parking facilities are provided.
La Manga is easily accessible from the UK, less than 30 mins from Murcia airport and 60 minutes from Alicante (Iberia, Monarch & charters)

La Manga is unique. It is a 36km strip of white sand which separates the Mediterranean from the Mar Menor, a warm, shallow inland sea/lagoon. Set on the coast of Murcia, the Pearl of Spain, it enjoys year-round sunshine and pleasant temperatures.
La Manga offers far more than just a week in the sun. It is close to the famous La Manga golf club and tennis complex. It is within fifteen miles of the great naval city of Cartegena and Murcia itself, a city steeped in history, boasting a towering Gothic cathedral, also Elche, well know for its palm forest and Lorca with its Moorish castle. The Mar Menor is swimmable most of the year and there are a huge variety of beaches. Water sports are available. Try the exciting range of freshly caught seafood in one of the many local restaurants!
