Further bedroom with twin beds made up as a double and ensuite bathroom and private terrace. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and cable TV with Videos installed. Separate laundry room including tumble drier in the basement and access to garage and 'games room' which includes: pool table,table tennis table,darts,Hi-Fi system,Separate Fridge,TV/Video . 5th bedroom in basement with acces to main house via games room as well as separate outside access.
Air-conditioning throughout (extra charge payable). Security electric shutters and fly screens to all windows and sliding doors. Pool heated by gas - Euros 1.000 deposit required. Refund given on fuel not consumed. Teak Garden/Pool furniture. Close to the 6th tee of the QDL Golf Course. Maid service 5 times per week is included.
