Our apartments are brand new, spacious, very warm and well equipped, offering a choice of one or two bedrooms, bathroom, large lounge with kitchenette and verandah to enjoy the spectacular views. Each aaprtment is approximately 60 square metres so the one bedroom apartments are very spacious.

Facilities include washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffeemaker, microwave, colour TV with teletext, radio, cassette, CD, as well as everything else you would expect to find.

Ground-floor apartments are suitable for people with mobility problems. The apartments are in the heart of the ancient village which is flat with level access to the shops and along the beach.

The Dolphin Bay Suites are brand new apartments in one of the oldest buildings in the ancient and historical village of Ardersier. The apartments are situated right on the inner Moray Firth beach, famous for dolphins, facing west across the sea with breathtaking views from your verandah towards the Black Isle, Culloden, the Highland capital of Inverness, the Great Glenn and mountains beyond.

We are located right on the seafront and along the beach from historic Fort George. Ardersier is a small highland village close to Inverness, the airport and not far from Nairn or Loch Ness. We're within an hour of the Cairngorm National Park, the Ski Slopes, the distillery trail and ideally positioned for day trips further afield.
