Just across the border from Hiawassee, GA and the Georgia Mountain Fair, the cottage is minutes away from Lake Chatuge, a 7000 acre TVA lake with all its recreational pleasures - rent a boat, launch your Jet Ski or go hunting for Bass. Championship golf is also close by at the Brasstown Valley Resort in Young Harris GA where several LPGA events have been held. Rafting Trips abound at the Nantahala Outdoor Center an hour away or take a trip in the other direction and you'll find the Appalachian Trail and further down the pike, Highlands NC.
