Apartment in 1900 villa in central Auckland. There is a very large bedroom with a queen bed and a single bed.
The apartment has SKY TV, DVD/CD player, security and fire alarms and a telephone for free local calls. We also offer guests free access to our email. The flat is well equipped including a full kitchen, dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer. It is warm and sunny but has good heating for cold spells.
Each of our three units has its own walled courtyard and separate entrances. We live in one. The great thing about Lillington Villa is that we are handy to give you advice or assistance as requested but you can be as private as you want in your own unit. A lockup garage is available.
We have travelled widely and know the importance of finding a home away from home in a foreign country. That is what our guests tell us we provide. We are always happy to help guests find their way around Auckland or New Zealand.
Lillington Villa is very centrally placed about 10 minutes by car from the centre of the city - and is on two good bus routes. We have good shops and restaurants within walking distance.
We can provide a self-serve breakfast, leaving food in the fridge for guests to help themselves at their convenience. Our standard breakfast is fruit, juice, cereals, eggs, yoghurt, bacon, cheese, breads and a variety of teas and coffee, but we are happy to vary that on request.
Local Area DetailsAuckland University and Medical School are only minutes away by motorway. Several language schools are nearby. Lillington Villa is ideally suited to a business visitor to Auckland or to people visiting relatives in the central area or to families wanting a central base.
All the attractions of greater Auckland are available - beaches, boating, walking, museums etc.
