Nice veranda with roof , garden furniture, barbeque grill. Children�s play area, lawn, carport.
Local Area DetailsThe " Nature Park Saar-Hunsrueck " in the low mountain range of the Hunsruck , central between the valleys of Moselle and Nahe ( both with excellent wines ) is a walkers� paradise with miles and miles of forests and moors.
Luxembourg and Alsace are nearby. The house is located in a very rural village, yet close to attractions like the German Gemstone Route with the visitors´ mine Steinkaulenberg ( dig for gems !) , the Moselle , the oldest German town, Trier, Celtic and Roman excavations and remains, deer parks, fun swimming pool and other indoor and outdoor pools, Lake Bostal for swimming and wind surfing, a summer toboggan run and other attractions. 2 golf courses within 15 miles. Skiing within 5 miles , however snow cannot be guaranteed , as we are located in a low mountain range.

Bed linen ( beds are made ), towels, electricity, water, central heating included, 1 toddler sleeping in cot is free, 1 pet free. Final cleaning included. 100 Euro deposit, will be paid back on departure, if house is left without damage/litter.
30 % of the total rental rate are claimed to confirm each booking, this amount will not be refunded in case of cancellation. We recommend a cancellation insurance. |
