SALZBURG COUNTRY is only 4 km away from and SALZBURG CITY 15 km. English speaking service and pleasant holiday atmosphere.
This is a superbly appointed top floor apartment with all modern facilities, large romantic style garden with pond fed by a natural spring and many flowers, own patio and garden area with sun terrace, pavillion, teak-garden-chairs, deck-chairs, grill and balcony. Nice mountain view to Salzburg and Berchtesgaden alps. Maximum occupancy is 5 (6) persons.

Local Area DetailsLocated in a quiet and sunny position this 4-star vacation home was completed in 1999 and has been 4 stars by the German tourist association.
Lake Abtsee and the beach is only 700 m away from vacation home. Oberndorf near Salzburg, the birthplace of the song "SILENT-NIGHT", is just 5 km away!!! A special attraction in Advent (end of november and December) and on Christmas every year! (SPECIAL OFFER FOR 2 persons in this time Euro 47.- or Euro 49.-/day for 2! persons! Please ask! Local pubs, restaurants and shopping within a 0,5 - 4 km radius. For breakfast enjoy fresh rolls and pastries delivered daily by the town baker. Our guests can enjoy the festivals of Salzburg, which range from operas to music concerts, and the theatre. We speak English and can assist you in booking of tickets, for example for Mozart-Dinner Concert....
Christmas is particularly lovely with local and city christmas market´s often in the snow (Special offer for 2 persons in this time!).
There is a Casino at Castle Klessheim in Salzburg. The region is well served with many golf courses st in spectacular alpine scenery. The next wonderful golf place is only 9 km away. Many more in 12 km - 20 km.
You can also enjoy day trips into Austria and especially "SALZBURGER LAND" (4 km). Visit the Austrian Lake district of Salzkammergut. See the picutresque lakeside towns of Mattsee, Fuschlsee, Attersee, Wallersee, Mondsee, Wolfgangsee (Weisses Rössl/Postalm...), Bad Ischl and Trumer Seen.
Do you ski? What about mountain Untersberg near Salzburg or Hallein or Salzburg´s sportsworld Amade´ or Europasportregion, or Berchtesgaden, or Chiemgau, or Salzkammergut and many many more...
Don´t forget the german lakes of Chiemsee (castle Herrenchiemsee form Bavarian King Ludwig)/Chiemgau and Waginger just down the road.
The mountains around Berchtesgaden and the famous Eagle´s nest are without parallel.
What about the local history, or if you prefer just shopping, Laufen an der Salzach, in Bad Reichenhall, Burghausen, and Altötting.
Further afield but still within easy reach ar Munich (München), Rosenheim and Passau, only a couple of hours by car or train.

All laundry (includes sheets, table linen, hand-bath towels and table cloths) and all additional expenses (electricity, water and heating) ar contained in the price.
