Family bedrooms have a double and 2 single beds - all bed linen and quilts are included and beds are made up ready on arrival. Cots (with bedding) and highchairs provided free of charge. Each apartment has its own shower room and toilet facilities. Broadband Wi-Fi internet access is available. There is a car park and garden to the rear of the house, and each apartment has its own designated parking space. For the little ones there is a small play house, climbing frame and slide or you can sit and relax in the hammock swing. A large gas BBq is available by prior arrangement. We are a non smoking establishment, but have a designated smoking area in the front garden, with seating facilities. Torquay is just 1 mile away, whilst Brixham, Totnes, Kingswear & Dartmouth are only 6 miles. There is a great variety of family eateries, restaurants and pubs to suit all tastes within a 2 to 10 minute walk. On the SW coast path, we are an ideal base for all of Dartmoor, Devon and Cornwall. The local airports are just 25 miles away at Exeter and Plymouth, both bus and train stations are available in Paignton. 4/5 day short breaks, weekly holidays and also 10/11 night extended stays available.
