"Chartlea Park Farmstay" is a 550 acre working farm that runs sheep, beef and deer.
The homestead was built in 1896 and was once the hub of an estate that covered 8559 acres.
We welcome guests from all corners of the world, and delight in introducing them to our home and farm, especially giving them the opportunity to experience life on a farm first hand. We also have several pets which they are able to feed and take photos of.
Guests can also relax in our extensive garden or just enjoy the ambience of our house with a variety of books and magazines on offer alongside a diverse selection of music.
Television, Internet and email are available for our guests.
While we offer Bed and Breakfast facilities, we also take pleasure in getting to know our guests over a tasty home-cooked dinner served with New Zealand wine.
