Large building situated in the Albaicín. 8 purpose built self catering apartments. The largest can hold 6 people. All rooms have permanent ADSL internet connection, air-conditioning (hot and cold) . Bus to the modern centre of Granada every 15
The apartments are in a large Andalucian house in the Albaicín (the old arabic part of Granada). All apartments have their own well equiped kitchen, bedroom/s, bathroom, air-conditioning, etc. There is parking inside the building (see note below). One apartment is designed for wheel chair access with wide doors etc
Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, sink, electric hobs, fridge, extractor fan, coffee maker. All kitchen utensils such as cutlery, cooking equipment, pots and pans etc. There is always some milk, coffee, cooking oil, salt and pepper available when you arrive
Bathroom:
The bathrooms have a WC, bath/shower, wash basin. Some of them have a bidet. Towels are provided and are changed every 3 days for no extra charge
Lounge/dining area:
Sofa, armchairs, dining table, dining chairs, some of them have a fireplace
Bedroom/s:
There are 3 types of apartment: with 1 double or twin bedroom; with 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom; and also with 2 twin bedrooms. They all have wardrobes with ample space for storing clothes etc
Parking: There is parking within the building where you can put your car. Parking costs 6 euros per 24 hours. The traffic is restricted in the Albaicín. So, at certain times of the day, it may not be possible to drive to the apartments. We supply you with full instructions so that if the barrier prevents you from entering you will be able to park in a public parking space until the barrier is open. Public parking is not free.
Local Area DetailsThe house is in the Albaicín (the old Arabic part of Granada). The Albaicín is an area known for its typical whitewashed houses, cobblestoned streets, geranium filled balconies and general romantic atmosphere

Renting terms:
Children until 3 years old free (in a cradle).
Cleaning, bedclothes and towel changing: every 3 days.
Leaving before 12:00 midday, and arriving after 14:00.
Confirmation of the reservation after payment of the deposit (50% of the total cost).
Special Offer not valid in Holy Week and Christmas.
Offers and discounts not accumulative. Discounts not valid in high season.
Taxes: 7 % I.V.A. (not included).
Parking: 6 ?/night.
Seasons:
Low: 07/01 to 17/03, 13/10 to 28/10, 02/11 to 02/12 and 09/12 to 23/12.
Middle: 22/03 to 01/04, 12/04 to 29/04, 04/05 to 12/08 and 17/08 to 07/10.
High: 01/01 to 06/01, 18/03 to 21/03, Holy Week (02/04 to 11/04), 30/04 to 03/05, 13/08 to 16/08, 08/10 to 12/10, 29/10 to 01/11, 03/12 to 08/12, Christmas (24/12 to 31/12).
Restaurant (under request):
Breakfast: 4 euros/person.
Half Board: 19 euros/person.
Full Board : 34 euros/person.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation 10 days before the arrival: Free of charge
Cancellation 9 to 5 days before the arrival: Charge of the cost of one night
Cancellation less than 4 days before the arrival: Charge of the total cost of the reservation
Minimum stay:
Holy Week and Christmas: 5 nights. (Free of charge cancellation: 21 days before the date of the arrival)
Rest of the year: minimum stay, 2 nights.
