Tween Waters Tilloo is open and airy with over 60’ of sliding glass doors in its living and bedroom areas, providing a back to nature feel. A large sundeck with outdoor furniture is at the water’s edge. There are 2 BR’s each with queens, 1_ baths, and a living room with kitchen. The house has regular US electricity with central airand ceiling fans. The floors are gleaming varnished wood and the furniture evokes the tropics. There is satellite TV with VCR and a stereo system. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a microwave oven, blender, bread maker, toaster, and coffee maker. There is a hair dryer for the ladies. There is an outside shower. The dock has 6’ at low tide and a ladder for access to the water. You will love the feeling of seclusion and privacy.
Local Area DetailsNestled into a lovely circular harbour and situated at the water’s edge near the north end of Tilloo Cay is Tween Waters Tilloo, a lovely 2BR and 1.5 bath cottage. The property runs from sea to sea and is 2+ acres. The view from the house is outstanding, all the way across to Lubber’s Quarters Cay and Marsh Harbour. The sunsets are unbelievable.
From the private boat dock in front of the house you can hop in your rental boat and in 2 or 3 minutes be at Tahiti Beach at the south end of Elbow Cay. With its huge stand of coconut palms, this is a great place for swimming. You can also swim off the dock over a white sand bottom with our small living coral reef just 20’ off the dock. Tween Waters Tilloo is also convenient to all of Elbow Cay. It is 10 minutes to White Sound by boat (2 small resorts with restaurants, pools, and bars and a marina with fuel). It is 15 minutes by boat to the quaint, historic village of Hope Town with it’s restaurants, Boutiques, grocery stores, liquor store, and art galleries.

There is a $50 charge for a cancellation at any time. Your deposit or final payment will only be refunded if we find another renter to take the place of the week cancelled.
