This brand new luxury villa is set on a hill in the Ayia Triada area, approximately 10kms from Rethymnon and 3 kms from the nearest sandy beach at Adele. Its sister villa, Villa Assimenia is approximately 80 m away , however, each villa is partially private from its neighbour.
Ground Floor:Open plan modern, fully equipped kitchen/living /dining area, with inviting fireplace( used in winter)leads to the balcony with views. A few steps lead down to the pool area. Twin bedroom with sliding doors leading to the balcony with pool/distant views. Seperate bathroom with wide door ideal for wheelchair use. First Floor: Master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom/jacuzzi. sliding doors lead to the balcony with sea views. Second double bedroom with en -suite shower room. sliding doors lead to a shared balcony which benefits from panoramic views. Lower Ground Floor:features a twin bedroom (charged at an extra cost) Outside - pool
