Our stunning 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home is at The Manors North, Westridge - a quiet residential development which has the benefit of electronic security gates and which is situated just 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

No expense has been spared in furnishing our home to the very highest standard. The spacious master suite has a king size bed, colour tv/vcr, and huge en-suite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, twin wash basins and toilet. The double bedroom has a colour tv and an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet. There is a modern bunk bedroom with double bed on the bottom and single bed on the top, and a twin bedroom - these two rooms sharing the third bathroom.

The villa has two beautifully furnished lounges - one with colour tv/vcr (which has an extensive number of channels)and the other with hi-fi There is an elegant formal dining area and a breakfast dining area overlooking the pool. The superbly equipped kitchen has every conceivable luxury and there is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. All linens, bath towels, pool towels and hairdryers are provided.

The villa also has an upgraded 15 x 30ft south-facing pool with is very secluded and has a large sundeck and plenty of patio furniture. The pool has a twin waterfall feature and there is a large lanai to provide shade from the Florida sunshine, if required. This is the perfect setting for late night drinks or al fresco dining, and to relax after a day spent at the parks, shopping or playing golf.

The villa is all one one level and is extremely spacious, making this villa suitable for two families to share, if desired. We are extremely safety conscious where our guests are concerned, and the villa has child pool alarms for the protection of small children and babies. We have also installed a 24 hour monitored security alarm, and a safe.

Our home is of very high quality and is beautifully maintained. It is only rented personally through the owners and we offer a very personal service to our clients. We have an excellent management team who live close to the villa and who are always available to give advice and assistance to our guests, should this be required.

Local Area Details

For golf enthusiasts, our home is close to several superb golf courses and is just a few minutes drive from Champions Gate, Highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes and Ridgewood Lakes, to name but a few.

The villa is approximately twenty minutes drive from world class shopping facilities such as Belz Outlet Mall, Florida Mall and Premium Outlets Mall, and there is a huge selection of restaurants of all price ranges within the same distance. There is a superb new Publix supermarket within two minutes drive of the villa.

Disney World is 15 minutes away, and Seaworld and Universal Studios are within 25 minutes drive. If you wish to go a little further, Kennedy Space Centre is about an hour and a quarter by car, and both Atlantic and Gulf Coast beaches can be reached in an hour.

In short, there is so much to do and see in Florida that it has something to offer everyone, not matter what your age or your interests.
