Our villa Cinco Arcos is found 80 miles south of Alicante or 40 mles south of Murcia airport just outside the fishing village of Puerto de Mazarron next to the small village of Isla Plana on the Costa Calida (Costa Blanca).
Isla Plana only 1 mile away has some bars and restaurants ?which are really good value for eating and drinking Restaurants ?Meson? and ? Charra?.( Just discovered Casa Nono 200 yards from the 'Meson') There is also a small social club in the village with incredibly cheap drink prices.
Cinco Arcos has 4 bedrooms (all single beds plus a cot) ?which are all on the same level.
It also has a large fitted kitchen, a large lounge/diner ?which leads to very spacious terrace giving excellent views to the surrounding areas. An even better view can be seen from the sun roof. There are 2 shower/bathrooms. Satellite TV.
Our 8x4 metre pool is set in a large patio area at the end of which is a very useful
bar-b-que with tables, chairs and loungers. The half-acre garden is partially walled and full of trees (which give useful shade around pool if required) and wild herbs.

Local Area Details

The Costa Calida (The warm Coast) despite it's wonderful climate, with abundant sunshine and temperatures exceeding 30 degrees in the summer months, and very warm during the winter months the Costa Calida has very few resorts catering for the needs of mass tourism that you find in other regions. The area remains fairly traditional and typically Spanish. Puerto de Mazarron is popular with Spanish holiday makers and in recent years has achieved recognition as one of Spain's most attractive holiday resorts. The area is rich in history and boasts 35 Km of sandy beaches, Outdoor markets every day in one place or another. There are many activities to be found in and around the area from Golfing-walking-Rowing-Scuba Diving-Para Kiting-Kite Surfing-water Skiing-Mountain Biking- Fishing etc. We can book you onto Guided Mountain Bike tours or Walks in the Sierra de Espuna Mountains. Boat fishing is available out of the Puerto ,Tuna, Dorada etc. can be the catch of the day plus much more or you can just lie around in the sunshine all day.
