The water is great and the beach is ideal. This is in one of the least visited, least touristy, and least crowded places left on the Florida coast. The house is a classic old Florida beach house with large rooms, 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, central AC and heat, 2 TV's, a good video collection, a full kitchen and a lot more. The most important feature of the house is the beach, we have a wonderful private beach right out the door. The beach is the reasont to come.
Local Area DetailsThis is a very unpopulated section of the Florida coast, we are located in Franklin County where there is 45 miles of coast line but not one traffic light, fast food restaurant, or even a full size grocery, the population of the whole county is only 10,000 people. Near by you will find lots of pristine beaches, lakes, and rivers as well as state parks, wildlife refuges and the Apalachicola National Forest. Come for the nature.
