Our 3bdrm, 2 ½ bath home is located in Tahoe City, Lake Tahoe, ½ mile from the water by the renowned Sunnyside restaurant, 5 minutes to Homewood, 5 minutes to downtown Tahoe City and 15 minutes to Squaw Valley. Set back in a forest setting, our home benefits from the solace of mountain tranquility while still benefiting from the proximity to town. Our home comfortably sleeps 12 people, has a large kitchen and family room (with a great fireplace and dart board) has a bi-level deck out back with a 10 person jaccuzzi and a horshoe pit & is down the street from a full service park, incl. tennis courts, playground, sand volley ball ct. The property is for rent from May 15th through December 15th, as well as December 22nd-28th.
