Two twin bedrooms and a single bedroom in turret (accessed by the roof terrace), sleeps 4/5 - American style lounge/diner. Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer. All rooms have ceiling fans and aircon is available. Colour television, dvd and music system is all included.
This villa boasts a sheltered patio area ideal for outdoor dining and a beautiful roof terrace with stunning views of Quesada golf course and a well kept communal pool.

Local Area DetailsAll local shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The nearest beach is the blue flag beach of Guardamar. You can chose to picnic among the unspoiled sand dunes or enjoy the livelier main beach that is patrolled by life guards.
Designer shops and lively entertainment can be found a short drive away in Benidorm or Alicante. The water parks in Benidorm and Quesada are also open during the summer months.
If you are a golfer you may be interested to know that the villa over looks the 14th hole of the Marquesa Golf course. The club house of this 72 par course is in walking distance of the villa. There are 36 other golf courses within 45 minutes drive of the villa, including the world famous resort of La Manga. Golf fees in the Costa Blanca offer the best value in Spain
