A roomy, slope-roofed attic bedroom with velux roof windows, contains up to five single beds and its own shower and toilet.

There is a sizeable garden with two secluded patios, both accessible directly from the house. Garden furniture, a barbecue and bicycles, table tennis and boules are provided. The 10m x 5m swimming pool is fenced for safety.

Local Area Details

Les Courtigeauds is a hamlet of around 10 houses, quite widely separated; it is 4 km from Thiviers. This peaceful, green and hilly part of the Périgord Vert is ideal for a leisurely country holiday, being unspoilt and tranquil yet within easy reach of the more populous Dordogne region.
