Nestled amongst and overlooking the hills of Bridgetown, situated only 3km from town in a peaceful and picturesqe setting.
Our 2&4 bedroom Swiss style wooden chalets are all fully self contained and sleep between 4 and 10 persons. Each one is fully equipped and you can choose to bring your own linen or hire it from us.
Swim in the pool, play crazy golf, take part in animal feeding or just sit on your verandah and enjoy the view. Sunyhurst Chalets provides a peaceful and beautiful environment all year round.
Local Area DetailsBridgetown is a heritage town, one of only a few in Western Australia. It is centrally located in the south west region making it an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area.
In addition to stunning countryside and heritage buildings, Bridgetown features include a cidery where you can taste cider, beer and wine; a number of boutique wineries including our neighbour award winning Sunnyhurst Winery; the Brierley Jigsaw Gallery; Christmas @ 139 - the year round Christmas shop; a variety of art galleries. The Blackwood River runs through town and is ideal for kayaking.
Bridgetown has a number of important and unique events. The most well know are the Blues Festival in November, the Blackwood Marathon (running, swimming, kayaking, horse riding, cycling) in October, and the Garden Festivals in May and November.
