This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom waterfront home on a wide waterview viewable for most room in the house and near white sand beaches and many golf courses. The house built in 1988, features a 12 ft X 30 ft private heated pool. The entire west coast of Marco Island (about 4 miles long) is public beach as are all gulf and ocean beachs in Florida. There are 2 public access points to the beach. On the north end is Tigertail beach which is 2 miles away from our house with ample parking available. It is really great beach for kids to wade and for shelling. On the south end is South Marco Beach which is about 4 miles away from our house. It is a fabulous beach for swimming (jumping the waves) and view. Fun & safe pool, great dock for fishing from (includes "Rusty the Pelican" who will come down and watch you fish with those puppy dog eyes. He'll expect to get his share of the fish you catch. Fishing equipment is available (not extravagant but good enough for fishing off the dock.) Various birds, sting rays, dolphins, and other wildlife live in the bay behind the house. Exploring the Everglades on an airboat is available only 3 miles from our house. You can also bring your boat or rent one and dock it at the house. The house is specially good for families with young children because the pool area is visible from most rooms in the house. When it's nap time for the kids, you can enjoy the pool to yourselves or get some more sun rays and still be able to hear them when they awake. The house can sleep 8 people in 3 bedrooms with a king, queen, 2 twins, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
