It is an old stone house from 17th century, restored in 2004. Elevated position on top of the hill allows to the terrace of the house to have a superb view on surrounding mountains and plain.
The house is sunny and airy at the same time. Stonehouse is 50 m2 on 2 floors/3 entrance, for 4 guests.
On ground floor there are kitchen /diningroom and bathroom;
on 1st floor there is the bedroom with a double bed and 2 twin beds(castle)
The house has a sunny terrace with superb view and private parking.

Stonehouse is a delightful vacation rental for a family of 4 members: functional but with tasteful furnishings. Car is essential. In Castè the are no shops. Restaurant 2 km,foostuffs shop 4 km.
In La Spezia,7 km, you can find all you need.
The beaches of 5 Terre are far from 15 - 20 km. In Castè there is a footpath where in 3 hours you can reach Riomaggiore.
