For ladies and gentlemen on seaside holiday, tennis or GOLF holiday, enjoy your Hilton Head Island beach vacation in one of our two completely remodeled and redecorated, immaculate, one bedroom, ocean villas (condos)one on the first floor with balcony, with an outside private entrance and a view of the Atlantic Ocean at Hilton Head Island's #1 family oceanfront resort: The Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort! Our second oceanview villa is on the top floor (third floor) with a peaceful, serene view of the sea marshes and the Atlantic Ocean.
The master bedrooms have a top quality queen bed. The living room has a new queen sofa bed. We have two charming 6' long built-in bunkbeds for children. There is balcony seating for six, dining for four.
Our villas are less than 100 yards to the ocean, oceanside pool and poolside restaurant. The ten free-play tennis courts are about 100 yards from our oceanview villas.

There are over 30 golf courses in the Hilton Head Island area. There are 3 championship golf courses with a daily rate 1.1 mile from the Resort at the Port Royal Golf Club.

The Resort is 35 miles from Savannah, Georgia and the Savannah-Hilton Head International Airport. The local Hilton Head Island Airport is less than 5 miles from the Resort.
