Our private 1,774 square foot 2 bedroom 2 bath Golf Villa condo is situated in the World Famous Kapalua Resort and located on sixteen acres adjacent Pineapple Hill, and paralleling the Kapalua Bay Golf Course. The condo features spectacular ocean and West Maui sunset views.
The quiet Golf Villa community area offers private recreational facilities -- swimming pools, barbecues and even private garden areas. Our villa comes completely furnished, includes 2 lanais, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, three televisions, DVD, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and telephones.
Local Area Detailsapalua Bay! The 1,650 acre World Famous Kapalua resort is about 10 miles north of the historic Lahaina Town located on the northwest point of Maui, nestled amongst the Pacific Ocean and some 23,000 acres of rustic pineapple fields.
Kapalua, is named after it?s two protective reef formations that reach out into the ocean and protect it?s bay. The name Kapalua translated in the Hawaiian language means ?arms embracing the sea? and it?s 3 white sand beaches make it Maui's premier vacation resort.
The Kapalua climate is moderate with northeast tradewinds year-round and a average annual rainfall between 25-45 inches . The year-round temperatures average 71° to 80° Fahrenheit. The resort amenities are plentiful and include a wide variety of water sports such as snorkeling, scuba, kayaking,? world class golf, tennis, shopping, fine dining, water sports, hiking, and relaxing.
There are 3 championship golf courses in the resort; The Bay Course, The Village Course, and The Plantation Course which hosts the annual PGA Mercedes Championships. There is also a state-of-the-art Golf Academy encompassing 23 acres which offers individual instruction, golf school, and group clinics.
