This is a newly built Canadiana Chalet with a stone fireplace in an open area main floor which includes the living room, dining room and kitchen separated by an island. There is a walk in cupboarad and a powder room with a washer and dryer.

The second floor has four bedrooms, one with a double, tweo with two singles each and the last has a single with a pull our couch and television with DVD player. The bathroom has a separate claw foot tub, shower and loads of space.

The house is furnished with Canadiana antiques and has all the comforts of home: Stereo, dish washer and air exchange.

Local Area Details

The door to door drive from Montreal to this getaway is exacly one hour North, but on a dead end road so always quiet and peaceful, siituated on Lake Manitou in Ivry North. A perfect family home for weekend and holiday skiing

The Chalet is ten minutes from Mont Blanc, and even closer to smaller ski hills. The renowned Mont Tremblant is less than half an hour away with every type of sport and entrtainment.

A stones through away is an elaborate Cross Country Ski Trail, and lots of forest for Snow Shoeing.

Ste Agathes des Monts is 10 kilometers away for groceries, restaurants and lots of tourist attractions

There is a movie theatre and even more to do in busy Ste. Adele, ten minutes further south.
