It is near to Vouliagmeni Olympic centre,Agios kosmas Olympic sailing, and Helliniko Olympic complex and it is near to all the nice beaches of the area.Barkiza-Vari beach are only 1.2 km down the road. Regular bus services to all places from 200m walk.

It has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms a large living room large kitchen, verandas and a large garden. It is fully furnished. It could accommodate 6-7 people (perhaps more).

The house is to be rented of for the Athens Olympics period and for the minimum of 6 consecutive nights, (7 days) at the time. Please specify exact dates for availability. The price will be 4000 euro per period,(negotiable) which is well below similar of others in the same area, which is considered to be one of the best in Athens. For longer periods Price to be adjusted according to deal.
For Parties of less than 8 persons please note (about 80-100 euro per person per day).Please check for availability.
