Vera, Garrucha, Mojacar, Turre, Villaricos are all within a 15 minute drive, Garrucha is just 2 minutes away by car or you can walk along the beach to it. The Cabo de Gato Natural Park is well worth a trip, the start of it is about 20 minutes drive from the complex. Granada is 2 hours away, visit the Alahambra Palace or go ski-ing in the Winter.
