This property is a semi-detached house with two aparts. One being occupied by the tenants and the other rented out.
Location is in a village of about 3000 people, with shops and supermarts nearby (200/300 meters away). This village, URI, is 18 km. away from ALGHERO and it's international airport, as well as being 18 km. away from the district's main city, SASSARI.
We cater mostly for the not so young and families with kids because this is a very quiet village, but all are welcome of course. In Alghero there is plenty of night life going on till the wee hours, if this sets you in motion. Please note that in any time of the year to reach the beach it will take you no more than 25 mins. Pleasant surroundings with lots to do apart from swimming and snorkeling.
Local Area DetailsMain summer activity is sun bathing, swimming, boating, snorkeling, sailing, and all other relatede sea sports.
In this area there is also lots to visit, including a state of the art winery and cellar, which organizes daily visits to it's vinyards and the cellars for tastings of the local products. All of this within few kms. from the chalet. If you are interested by the local night life, then Alghero has a lot to offer with discos and bars that carry on till the wee hours of the morning...
