TYPOLOGY
The villa is built on two levels. From the terrace you enter the villa's living room, with big, high balconies overlooking the blue Mediterranean sea, and furnished with comfortable sofa-beds, TV, Radio, CD player, telepfone, a dining area. Follows a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry area. On the same floor you also find a service bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin. A staircase leads to the upper level where you find a second large living room with majolica flooring from 19th century, a fireplace, exit to another terrace overlooking the sea and equipped with table and chairs. A corridor leads to the sleeping area where you find two wide bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other is a triple room (1 queen size and 1 single bed). Another bathroom with tub /WC/bidet/washbasin is on this floor also. Outdoors: Large terraces overlooking the sea with garden table and chairs. Very large Patio with Barbecue.

SERVICE INCLUDED
Refundable Breakage Deposit: Euro 300,00 (left on arrival by guests, it will be given back on departure). Electricity, running water, gas, weekly bed and bathroom linens included in the price. Heating is effected with the fireplace and electric heaters payable from November to April at the price of 125,00 per week. Obligatory final cleaning Euro 80,00.
