Our home is a luxurious fully appointed and air conditioned villa, newly constructed in 2002. It benefits from being a split plan home with a queen-sized bed and ensuite for the master bedroom and further queen-size and twin-bedded rooms on the other side sharing the family bathroom. It is ideal for two families or families with children.
The master bedroom, lounge and family room all have large sliding windows opening onto the Florida room (lanai), pool and spa and oversized deck giving plenty of space for soaking up the Florida sun. The villa backs on to a small lake and the Long Marsh Golf Course.

Local Area DetailsRotonda, situated on the South West Gulf coast of Florida, is a quiet residential area boasting four golf courses, a large nature reserve and over 26 miles of freshwater canals. Florida’s South West Gulf Coast remains relatively untouched by tourists while boasting probably the best beaches in the State. There are miles of uncrowded white sand beaches lining a glorious coast studded with true desert islands. The sea is clean, clear and in most places gently shelving, making it ideal for children.
The average annual temperature is 75° Fahrenheit and the ocean is normally around 80°.
Places to visit are plentiful - Sanibel (excellent for shell collecting), Venice, Naples and The Loose Caboose at Boca Grande for ice cream!
First class shopping opportunities are nearby, including traditional and discount factory outlet shopping malls, craft markets and exclusive designer boutiques.
Great restaurants at prices well below what you tend to find in the tourist haunts are plentiful, particularly those specialising in fish.
