The village of San Marcello Pistoiese is 650 metres above sea level and it is at five minute drive to the farmhouse (900 mt of mountain gravel street), 30 minute drive to Pistoia and Lucca and 1 hour drive to Florence, making it easy to enjoy leisurely day trips to the artistic centres of Italy. You may also take advantage of the local country side, by for example, horse riding or paragliding for spectacular aerial views.
