Local Area DetailsKizilyaka is a typical unspoilt Turkish village where residents are only too pleased to welcome visitors to their community. The villas are situated in a quiet location slightly away from the village towards the surrounding fields & mountains. The views from the pool area are glorious.
The village has everything needed for a self catering holiday. There are local restaurants within easy raech of the villas.
The villas are ideally situated to explore the surrounding area and beyond. The local road infrastructure is good providing easy access to many places of interest.
The pretty seaside resort of Akayaka, with it's 'Ula-Mugla' style of architecture, renowned river restaurants, sandy town beach and the stunnung pebble beach at Cinar, is only a 10 minute drive away. Here you can find boat trips to take you to many of the places of interest.
Also within easy distance are The Dalyan Delta - famous for its turtle beach, mud baths & ancient tombs, Cleopatra's island, the busy seaside resort of Marmaris and the city of Mugla.
