The apartment and accesses are all on one level and the living area overlooks the terrace garden and communal pool area (unsupervised). Other residents in Atalaya include British second holiday home owners and British permanent owner occupiers.
Local Area DetailsA car is a good idea to fully explore this spectacular area of Spain. However there is the Hotel Alhaurin (with riding school), La Ventilla restaurant, the Golf Club House restaurant (reasonable lunches & snacks but evening meals are more exclusively priced) and a petrol station with convenience foods all within 200m ? 1000m of the apartment. The town of Alhaurin el Grande is 5 mins away by car or Taxi and this has all the typical facilities of a small friendly Spanish town. The Larger Administrative Town of Coin perhaps 10 mins away. The well known Costa Del Sol resorts of Marbella, Puerto Banus, (rub shoulders with the famous & infamous), Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Malaga, etc are no more than 35 mins away by car. For the more adventurous, Gibraltar is about 90 mins, Ronda 90 mins, Granada & the Sierra Nevada?s 2hrs.
